Agilico, formerly Capital Document Solutions, is the latest tenant to sign up for City South Business Park in Porthlethen.
The workplace technology company is relocating its 20 strong workforce from Grampian House in Aberdeen to the 40 acre park five miles from Aberdeen City Centre.
Agilico are renting three light industrial units, totalling 4,000 sq ft, on a 10 year lease and is spending a significant amount on the refit.

The company has had a presence in the North East since the 1980’s, initially in a partnership with Grampian Business Products before purchasing their premises near Aberdeen’s harbour in 2006. In 2022 Capital was acquired by Agilico, the UK’s leading workplace technology company. It offers a wide range of services including managed print services, hosted VoIP telephony and automated invoice processing software.

The third phase of 28 industrial units in 2023 and are now nearing completion at the development.
80% occupied
The latest building work follows the success of previous phases at City South, which is now over 80% occupied and has attracted a strong line-up of tenants including KCA Deutag, Richard Irvin, HVAC, LHR Marine and lift specialist Otis.

The first of the new units in Phase 3 are now ready to occupy. Ranging in size from 850 sq ft they will be suitable for a wide variety of light industrial uses. Each unit will be completed to an EPC Rating A+ and will come with parking spaces. Larger units are also available along with class A office space.
